One of my favourite kinds of shoots are the ones where I get to be outside. So when I asked if I would spend the summer capturing the growth of Dartmouth’s very own urben garden, I couldn’t resist.
There is somthing so cool about being able to watch plants grow into food that you’ll eat. Now, I do not have a green thumb so the closet thing to gardening I do is photographic it. But that doesn’t take away from my appreciation of the process and the amount of work that goes into understanding soil, seeds, light and water levels, in order to achieve a healthy garden.
